WHERE ARE RACKED UP RACKS MADE?

Our racks are completely made in Thames, New Zealand.  From the laser cutting, sawing, welding and painting, all made locally.

WILL MY KIDS BIKES FIT THESE RACKS?

It does depend on the wheel size and length of the frame/wheel base.  Most kids bikes with 24" wheel size fit these racks but some of the shorter frame sizes will need an additional upright adapter bolted to the rear tyre cross bar for the rear wheel to pull up against as the wheel hangs above the lower bar.  Smaller wheels sizes and kids push bikes don't fit.

DO YOU HAVE A TOW BALL MOUNT OPTION?

Yes, we do but we only offer this for the 4 bike rack unit and recommend that its only used with additional support straps between the rack and vehicle.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 4 & 5 BIKE VERSION?

Both versions share the same mounting and vertical bar setup but the 5 bike version has longer top & bottom cross bars to allow the extra bike.

WHAT IF I DAMAGE A PART ON MY RACK.  CAN I GET REPLACEMENT BIT FOR IT?

Yes.  All our components can be sold as spare parts, just send a message via the "Get in touch" button

CAN I CONVERT MY 4 BIKE RACK TO A 5 BIKE RACK OPTION?

Yes, we sell a conversion kit to do this. It has the longer top and bottom bars & the extra top wheel cage.  Just send a message via the "Get in touch" button
